Sarah
Dickson lives in Queensland , Australia with her husband and two dogs.
Sarah took up fiction
writing five years ago when an opportunity arose to work part-time. She has managed
to avoid full time work since. Occasionally she writes documents for businesses
and for community organizations as well as back office work. Her
passion is writing both erotic and non-erotic fiction that readers will enjoy,
preferably a paranormal or set on another world. She
is a member of the Romance Writers of Australia, a supportive group who also have
great conferences. Sarah
also paints in abstract using oils and beeswax which produces some quite interesting
landscapes. She also lives near the beach and never wastes an opportunity to photograph
the water just on sunrise or after a storm. | Erotica
- Maeve (Book 2 of the Ladies of the Night series)
What
happens when your wildest fantsies are more than you can handle?
Hubert
has never found a woman who can keep up with his sexual appetites. When he meets
Maeve, he believes he's met his match at last. Maeve
agrees to stay a week at his country residence where she promises to fulfill his
wildest sexual fantasies. In reality, she needs to keep her eye on Hubert so he'll
not wander off and do his own investigations into his cousin's disappearance.
When
they reach the country residence, neither is prepared for the ghosts who will
not give them peace, not until Maeve and Hubert stumble on a terrible and tragic
family secret.

I find
that too many people rush about with work and are obsessed with time. One is always
busy, so much so, the time to sit about and do nothing is fast disappearing. When
I left the corporate world, I shifted to a slower pace of life and of course a
lot less money. Initially it was hard but now Id never go back. I
have altered work to fit about my writing and at the moment work two days a week.
I am nowhere as stressed and dont plan too much in advance. Its
not for everyone as the $$$ is quite variable, but what the heck. I hope to sit
in a chair when Im old and gray and say. Yup, cant complain. |

This
is a hard one as I have about 100 books that fall into this category. The
top one has to be the Macquarie Dictionary. Next I have two books on symbols
one by Tom Chetwynd and the other by Jean Chevalier and Alain Gheerbrandt.
Both are very useful for checking out any kind of symbol at all. The fourth
has to be James George Fraser The Golden Bough. Very useful when looking
for a ritual for example. | |

The
best time of year is winter. The days are still reasonable although the nights
can be cool. The mornings are best for taking photos. The unusual colors I sometimes
get when taking photos are all due to the weather conditions of the day. Some
shots dont even look real. For example, Ive had shots of gold and
black only, others where the sun looks like a radiating fan, and weirdest of all
are the clouds. Some of the shapes are to be seen to be believed. Early mornings
are also the time when no one else is up, so its very quiet. |
