Sandra Bonaldi came home to her very first home in picturesque Nutley New Jersey and although she had moved around quite a bit through the years it didn't surprise her when she ended up right back where it all began. Although she will admit with a wink and smile that there's a part of her that's just itching to go out west. Maybe it's because of all of those romances with cowboys riding the open range or maybe it's just a yearning for a simpler way of life. But for right now she's firmly rooted in Jersey soil.

Sometimes life throws you a curve ball and you'd better hit it. She remarried in 1996 to a wonderful man she'd met on a blind date. When she and Tom had met in 1991 she'd been raising three small children (Joe, Jackie and Mark) on her own and was struggling to simply get by. It wasn't by chance that they had met. It was simply meant to be. They became a couple by their second date and Tom took to fatherhood as a duck takes to water and the rest is history. They were married exactly five years later.

While her children are now reaching adulthood and slowly leaving the nest she and Tom are now able to pursue their passion for creativity on a broader scale. Writing has been one of Sandra's passions but raising a family naturally came first. Although her stories may have been placed on the backburner at that time they too have never strayed far from her mind or heart.
A few months after Mark was born she had begun to write. It had started small with some rhyming verse which was followed by snippets kept in a journal; then it was a couple of short stories and then she decided that she was going to go for the gold and write a book. Not just any book, it had to be a romance. From that point on there was no turning back and she has been writing ever since.

"One Enchanted Evening is my ultimate fairytale. There was that heartfelt ahhh after you turn the last page. Midnight Magic, a contemporary romance, is a little bit different. It is still a steamy love story but with some intense elements that really hit home. One in particular deals with a thread of Domestic Violence which gives this story a realistic edge."

What is on the horizon has yet to be seen but rest assured there is another story already beginning to unfold…

Take an exhilarating limousine ride with Jessica and Ben as they leave a company holiday party together. The cold winter night is perfect with dozens of stars set in the inky velvet sky with the sizzle of electricity in the air.

Meet Jessica Adams. She’s young, innocent and beautiful. When she decided to attend the Brookes Brothers holiday party she had no idea she would ultimately end up leaving with an older handsome executive.

However, the moment she climbed into that limo and met Ben’s deep blue eyes she’d come to realize that she was going to get a lot more than she bargained for.

Meet Bennett Brookes, VP of Brookes Brothers. Turning forty had Ben looking at his life through different eyes. His marriage was on the rocks and had been from day one. He knew there had to be a lot more to life than the corporate mergers he handled with diplomacy. Ben attended the holiday party every year. However, this year had turned out differently as he spotted a woman across the room that he knew he had to meet. One thing led to another and before he realized what was happening he had fallen. Hook, line and sinker.

However, the moment Jessica had learned that he was married that had been the end of what had begun as a fairytale beginning. Without a word Jessica had up and vanished. She was gone from his life just as quickly as she’d entered.

Time slowly passes and Jessica comes to realize that loyalty is a high price to pay and sometimes love is destined to rise above it all. Will Jessica come clean with the truth as she believes it to be and will Ben’s love be strong enough to withstand the secret that had pulled them apart to begin with?

Enchanted Evening gets 4 Ribbons!!

"Sandra Bonaldi has crafted a different type of love story. It deals with love at first sight and the question of what to do when you find that kind of true love. Check it out - you may be glad you did." Heather, RJ Reviewer>>Read rest of review

There are some things that stand out in your mind, a special moment in time. Then there are those that shine above the others.

I was never big on getting autographs. Who didn't want to meet Don Johnson of Miami Vice? But I never expected to meet him because it wasn't realistic. After all, celebrities are people just like we are. Sure, they have talent just like I believe everyone is born with a talent, only they were lucky enough to get to share their talent with the world. Maybe that was why I got hooked on reality television. Enter my all time favorite, Dog the Bounty Hunter.

I remember seeing the show for the first time in May 2005. I was drawn to the Chapman family not only by their strength and their belief in God but I was moved by their heartfelt compassion. While you see Dog and Posse in full pursuit of the bad guy you also see their compassionate side reach out to help the people they had to bring in on a bounty.

So when I got the opportunity to meet Duane "Dog" Chapman and his lovely wife Beth I was ecstatic. When Dog addressed the crowd he began by thanking everyone for coming and supporting him. That automatically earned him a couple of more points. I was 253 on that long line and I made some friends that day. I'm sure my new friend Lisa might be up for a trip to Hawaii. Aloha!

My favorite time of year is autumn. I love when the leaves are turning brilliant red and fiery orange while there is that certain scent that greets each and every new morning. It's the scent of a crisp day with that little nip in the air. Almost like when you were a kid and woke up on that first fateful September day and there was the scent of school in the air. It was identifiable and you would groan and pull the covers over your head pleading for another five minutes before you had to greet the day. Autumn is when summer takes her final curtain call and before you know it the neighborhood children are back to school and the block has settled down after a busy season of laughter and play.
