Welcome Guest Blogger Karen Rose Smith!!!!

Today the Junkies welcome Karen Rose Smith. Karen will be discussing a topic near and dear to all of us. The Holidays! You can’t deny that a well written holiday tale can add to the excitement of the holidays and even provide us with a little escape from the hectic times before.

So curl up a see why Karen is an award winner author and take a peek at her title THE DADDY DILEMMA avaliable now.

Award-winning author Karen Rose Smith was born in
Pennsylvania. Although she was an only child, she remembers the
bonds of an extended family. She and her parents lived with her
grandfather and aunt until she was five when her parents built a
house next door. Since her father came from a family of ten and her
mother, a family of seven, there were always aunts, uncles and
cousins visiting on weekends. Family is a strong theme in her books
and she suspects her childhood memories are the reason.

As a teenager, music became as important to Karen as
reading. The Beatles were her favorite group. But she and her
cousin took their first sojourn into writing by collaborating on a
script for the MONKEES television program. They sent that script to
every concert venue where the group appeared that summer!
In college, Karen began writing poetry and also met her
husband-to-be. They both began married life as teachers, but when
their son was born, Karen decided to try her hand at a home
decorating business.

She returned to teaching for a while but changes in her life
led her to writing romance fiction. Now she writes full-time. Her
first romance was published in 1992; her 60th novel THE DADDY DILEMMA
(Silhouette Special Edition) was released this month. She has written
for Meteor/Kismet, Kensington and Harlequin/Silhouette. A winner of
New Jersey’s Golden Leaf Award in Short Contemporary Romance as well
as the Phoenix Desert Rose Chapter’s Golden Quill for Traditional
Romance, she has also been honored with cataromance.com Reviewer’s
Choice Award for Best Silhouette Special Edition. Her romances have
made both the USA TODAY list and the Waldenbooks Bestseller list for
Series Romance.

Married to her college sweetheart since 1971, believing in
the power of love and commitment, she envisions herself writing
relationship novels for a long time to come!

The Daddy Dilemma by Karen Rose Smith

To save her mother’s life…
Sara donated her eggs to an infertile couple. The compensation she received helped to pay for her mom’s bone marrow transplant. Six years later after an accident that left Sara unable to have children, she searches out the widowed father of her child in Rapid Creek, Minnesota.

Should she interfere in his life and be Kyle’s mother? Or should she fade into her own life again so she doesn’t upset the peace Kyle’s father Nathan and his son have found?
Yet the desire in Nathan’s eyes leads Sara to hope he is ready to love again

I almost never leave a response, but I browsed a few responses here Romance Junkies Blog | Welcome Guest Blogger Karen Rose Smith!!!!. I actually do have a couple of questions for you if it’s allright. Could it be only me or does it seem like a few of these comments come across like they are left by brain dead visitors? 😛 And, if you are posting on additional online social sites, I’d like to follow everything new you have to post. Could you list of all of all your public sites like your Facebook page, twitter feed, or linkedin profile?
