Vampires Like It Hot by Lynsay Sands

Author Lynsay Sands has a very unique view of vampires. Reading VAMPIRES LIKE IT HOT(An Argeneau Novel) is amazing, interesting, funny and informative. The story opens with Jenna and her cousin Allison doing tourist things in Punta Cana, Mexico after attending another cousin’s wedding there. Allison gets Jenna to take a night time cruise to do some shark watching. But who are the sharks and who is doing the watching? Jenna is able to escape a frightening situation after realizing the Captain and crew are vampires. Raffaele, Zanipolo and Santo are immortals on a forced vacation in Punta Cana and become involved rescuing Jenna from her ocean escape route. The cousins stay involved as they help to keep Jenna safe from the ‘bad’ guys. There’s also an interesting love triangle. As the story continues to its conclusion the reader learns about immortals, rogue immortals (vampires), life-mates, how immortals came into being and finding out what really happened on the shark watching cruise. I thoroughly enjoyed reading this story.
