Robyn Carr has given the reader an interesting storyline involving a summer home, an incident that affects the cast of characters and an attempt to bring the family all back together after a lengthy estrangement. The story opens with a cousin Charlie losing her job and winds up getting in touch with her cousin, Meg, who she is close to. A plan develops to open the summer home and have everyone come together to resolve what really happened that summer and how everyone was affected by it. So much is involved with each of the characters that as the story unfolds the reader won’t want to put it down waiting to get to the truth and the healing it brings.
