Our Review

HIS ACCIDENTAL AMISH FAMILY is the third book in the UNEXPECTED AMISH BLESSINGS series. It was a nice addition to the series and was alternatively both heartbreaking and heartwarming. This is Anna and Levi’s story, and they both have sorrows that they are dealing with. They each help the other see things in a different light but have trouble communicating their own thoughts and feelings about themselves.

Prayers, the Bible, and God’s will are woven throughout. There is much to be thankful for in the story, as well as some accidents that cause serious injuries and show us how the characters and those around them deal with tragedy. The story has plenty of family and friends intermixed with Amish values and love. My emotions were engaged throughout.

HIS ACCIDENTAL AMISH FAMILY has multiple story-lines going on that are nicely woven together. The characters have a realism about them, and I love how Levi’s special needs brother, Jonah, has a role in the telling of the story. A wonderful epilogue will satisfy with a realistic happily ever after. This is a terrific story that will leave you feeling warm all over!

Ms. Good is one of my favorite authors of Amish fiction. I love the way she realistically presents the characters and moves the plot along. Give her books a try if you haven’t already.
