I Love Happily-Ever-Afters
Good morning Romance Junkie Readers! First off, I want to thank the Romance Junkies’ staff for inviting me to share my little world with you today. I’ve had a busy few months with three new releases, and yes, they are all happily-ever-afters. There’s a lesson behind that statment. Several years ago I killed off one of main characters in a series, and boy, did I hear about it. So, rest assured, the books I’m about to tell you about end on a happy note, and not once did I feel the urge to “do in” my heroes or heroines.
I’m Keta Diablo and I write for four wonderful publishers: Siren Publishing, Ravenous Romance, Noble Romance and Phaze. This whirlwhind started when I finaled in the 2008 Molly Contest (erotica category) with Decadent Deceptions and it hasn’t stopped since. I read this story not necessarily expecting a mixture of suspense and mystery. I was pleasantly surprised at what the author had in store. The relationship between the main characters was not only believable but riveting. I liked that the author wrote the scenes from several points of view so the reader is not left to their own conclusion vis a vis others’ perceptions. The twists and turns of the plot keep you guessing. A couple of times I thought I had it figured out only to find out I was wrong. The author writes a delightful love story of long-denied love that culminates in an mixture of mystery and devotion rarely seen.
Simply an amazing book.

The author pens a story that is unlike any other. The characters are introduced as childhood friends who become adults with very complicated life experiences to deal with. The story takes place right after the Civil War when tensions run high on both sides. Emotions are tenuous at best and even more so when old relationships become new relationships. I was torn during the reunion scenes and breathless during the chase scenes. I loved all the substories and the minor characters that were such an integral part of the author’s vision. Land of Falling Stars makes you believe in the possibility of retribution and the hope of finding your brass ring in the last place you look.

A kingdom of magic, where evil lurks & sorcerers, warriors & beasties abound.Keta Diablo brings characters to life, the extremely sexy Light-Prince Balion, Kira, named after the sun, Sirene the ethereal sorceress, loyal Jarlock & sweet Ainsley. Umargo, The Story Mage, Garrick & Gwenyth are portrayed and unveiled with the malevolence they’re due. The sexual tension between Kira & Balion was palpable, I couldn’t read fast enough to reach the inevitable outcome, which by the way was sizzling. Kira’s amusing banter had me giggling and the suspenseful plot was a nice surprise.* * * *So there you have it . . . three intriguing novels with happily-every-afters!
