Welcome Guest Blogger Kelly Kirch!!!

I can’t believe that Easter is almost here. Spring has sprung, thank goodness! Well it’s Friday and today we have Kelly Kirch joining us for the day.

Kelly will be blogging about her critique group and how they help her in the writing process. But before we get to Kelly. let’s learn a bit more about this author and her release MARRIAGE MART.

Kelly spent her early childhood globetrotting through international schools and inventing stories to entertain herself during long trips back to the States. After a whirlwind internet romance in college, she settled into marriage with the perfect man, resulting in two perfect children and a less than amiable cat.

Having written in other genres as well as Regency romances, she encourages others interested in writing to follow their dreams. And when not writing you can find her… oh, wait, she always writing. Scrap that.

Kelly currently has a two books out. Time for Love is available now from www.CerridwenPress.com and Marriage Mart is available at www.ResplendencePublishing.com.

But Lady Ester is betrothed against her will and her father is determined to see her wed. So with the help of Marcus’ sister, Ester masquerades as a young lord to expose her betrothed’s secrets and thwart the engagement.

Butting heads, Ester and Marcus discover a mounting passion for each other that cannot be ignored even in the shadow of danger and deception.

Thanks for sharing your ideas. I’d personally also like to convey that video games have been ever before evolving. Technology advances and innovations have served create authentic and enjoyable games. These entertainment games were not actually sensible when the actual concept was first of all being attempted. Just like other designs of technology, video games way too have had to grow by many decades. This itself is testimony for the fast continuing development of video games.

Thanks for your suggestions. One thing really noticed is banks and financial institutions know the dimensions and spending practices of consumers plus understand that plenty of people max outside their own credit cards around the vacations. They properly take advantage of this specific fact and commence flooding the inbox along with snail-mail box along with hundreds of 0 APR card offers soon after the holiday season finishes. Knowing that in case you are like 98% of all American general public, you’ll jump at the opportunity to consolidate card debt and transfer balances for 0 APR credit cards.

Hi Laurel, thanks for asking! You know I’m a WisRWA fan and the conferences are killer.

I’ll be at the RT conference signing Marriage Mart in print and Time for Love covers for Ebooks. Other than that I don’t currently have conference plans. Our family is moving in a very few months and most of my energy if focused on packing and resettling the family. You know how that goes.

I seem to be on an alternating WisRWA conference schedule, so maybe next year? I was at the last one. I won’t be at the RWA one this year either.

However, if you’re in the area (anyone? anyone? Buller?), I’ll be holding a booksigning at Indiana-Purdue Fort Wayne University in Fort Wayne, Indiana bookstore on April 30th.

Laurel, will you be at RT?

PS. Wouldn’t trade my childhood for the world. I loved moving around. I think I will always be a nomad at heart. And happily so.

    Kelly,
You’re dead on about good critique partners. They are necessary, it does take a while to find a good one, and once you do–don’t let go.

Marriage Mart sounds good. Will you be at any upcoming conferences or mid-Wisconsin venues for a book signing?

Your childhood sound fabulous and interesting. I’d love the hear more.

LOL, Sarah you suck up! 😉 I love the idea of people being more than they seem. We all are anyway. This is a more tangible exploration of that. A straight man wouldn’t confess his attraction for another, but what if his psyche knows more than his eyes perceive? And for her, getting one up on a childhood nemesis who needs taking down a peg, what’s more fun to read about?

I’m a tomboy at heart. I guess it was a natural progression to get this novel written. So pleased you like the premise Sarah!

Kelly Kirch is a rising star in historical romance. The premise of Marriage Mart intrigued me from the start. Where do you get your ideas?

Couldn’t agree more on the importance of good critique partners. They’re worth their weight in gold. It takes a while to build the relationship so once you do, you don’t want to give them up.
Thank goodness for the internet and email.
I haven’t read any of your books yet, Kelly, but they’re on my list.
